Italian Course Terms and Conditions

Final payment must be received one month before departure date.
We accept the following payment methods:

  1. On-line bank transfers via ZELLE* to: m@landscapepainting.com.
  2. Venmo to @Maddine-Insalaco
  3. Pay Pal (send to info@landscapepainting.com)
  4. electronic transfer contact us for banking details
  5. checks from US banks – Insalaco 110 Suffolk Street 2A New York, NY 10002. We will only accept checks when we are physically in the United States, normally from December through  May.

*Zelle does not work with the Firefox browser for some banks (i.e. Citibank). Google Chrome is the best option for this payment method.

Full refunds are given up to 60 days before workshop start date. Thereafter and until 30 days before start date participants will forfeit deposit.
ANY CANCELLATION/CHANGE OCCURRING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORKSHOP WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR CREDITED TOWARDS FUTURE WORKSHOPS.

Acts of God:

While it is unlikely that a workshop may be cancelled, unpredictable events can dictate otherwise. In this case a full refund would apply. It is recommended, nevertheless, that all participants purchase travel insurance.

Waiver:

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage participants may suffer in the course of the workshop due to theft, accident, illness or bodily injury.
